FIA stewards imposed a 10-second penalty on Nico Hülkenberg after finding car 27 solely at fault for a Turn 4 collision with car 87 in the Mexico City Grand Prix race.

The FIA stewards imposed a 10-second time penalty on Nico Hülkenberg after his Audi, car 27, collided with car 87 at Turn 4 during the Mexico City Grand Prix race.

After reviewing video and in-car evidence, the stewards said the incident occurred on the first lap after a restart, no other cars contributed, and car 27's driver was solely at fault.

This is a new report following our earlier article.

The official decision states the penalty and the stewards' finding. A supplied race recap covers Hülkenberg's Turn 4 restart collision, so this new ruling should be linked as an update, not treated as a duplicate. The decision does not name the driver of car 87.
