Vasseur jokes about godfather role after Leclerc's baby news

“I have four children at home and I don't want to be the godfather of all the children of my drivers,” Ferrari team principal Fred Vasseur joked at Friday's press conference when asked whether Charles Leclerc had asked him to become godfather to Leclerc's newborn daughter.

The question came after a series of questions about potential tension between Vasseur's drivers following Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton's opening-lap clash at the Mexican Grand Prix the previous weekend. Leclerc and his wife, Alexandra, announced the birth of their first child, Bianca, on Wednesday.
