Colapinto wears Doctor Doom costume at Williams fan event in Austin

Alpine driver Franco Colapinto appeared at a Williams fan zone in downtown Austin wearing Doctor Doom's cape and mask, posing for photos with fans. Williams handed him the costume while promoting its partnership with the upcoming film Avengers: Doomsday.

Videos of Colapinto in costume were quickly shared on social media, and his cosplay went viral among Marvel and Formula 1 fans. Williams' wider promotion included a show car and a livery inspired by the film; the fan zone also featured a special-edition comic with Marvel superheroes alongside drivers Alex Albon and Carlos Sainz.

Avengers: Doomsday is due to be released in December.
