Leclerc says Ferrari will examine Mercedes’ one-stop strategy

After the United States Grand Prix, Charles Leclerc said Mercedes’ one-stop strategy with Kimi Antonelli had surprised him. He described Ferrari’s second place as the maximum result available to the team.

Leclerc said Ferrari had been more aligned with Red Bull, because his team believed a two-stop strategy was the right choice. Mercedes carried out its alternative very well, he said, and Ferrari would look at the approach further.
