Through Mexico City, Hamilton led Leclerc 10-9 in Ferrari’s race head-to-head while Leclerc held the same score in qualifying. Antonelli’s margin over Russell at Mercedes was 14-5 in races.
Through the Mexico City Grand Prix, Lewis Hamilton led Charles Leclerc 10-9 in Ferrari’s 2026 race head-to-head. Leclerc held the same 10-9 advantage in qualifying, giving each teammate a one-result lead in a different format.
Hamilton’s pole in Mexico City narrowed Leclerc’s qualifying edge, and his second-place finish put him ahead in the race tally. Leclerc was fourth after the Ferrari teammates contested the lead early in the race.
At Mercedes, the margin was wider. Kimi Antonelli led George Russell 11-8 in qualifying and 14-5 in race results. The newly crowned champion finished ahead of Russell in 14 of their 19 Grands Prix, winning 10 of those, and clinched the title in Mexico City with four rounds left. Russell had three DNFs to Antonelli’s one.
The comparison covers all 11 teammate pairings. McLaren’s Lando Norris led Oscar Piastri 12-7 in qualifying and 11-7 in race results; the Chinese Grand Prix is excluded from their race comparison because neither started. At Aston Martin, Fernando Alonso led Lance Stroll 17-2 in qualifying and 10-3 in races; six Grands Prix in which both drivers retired were left out.
At Audi, Nico Hülkenberg led Gabriel Bortoleto by one result in each format: 10-9 in qualifying and 10-9 in races.
