FIA technical delegate Jo Bauer reported that personnel associated with the operation of cars for Oracle Red Bull Racing and Aston Martin were within the circuit grounds during the overnight curfew before third practice at the São Paulo Grand Prix.

Red Bull's case was its second of four permitted exceptions for the 2026 season, while Aston Martin's was its third. Bauer's report said no action should be taken in either case.
