Max Verstappen will wear a helmet in the Brazilian flag’s colours at this weekend’s Brazilian Grand Prix. Green, yellow and blue replace red, white and blue, while the lion remains on top.

The colour scheme is a tribute to his connection with Brazil. His girlfriend Kelly Piquet is Brazilian, and he is close friends with Gabriel Bortoleto.

At Interlagos, Verstappen won the 2024 Grand Prix from 17th on the grid.
