A win with the other Mercedes in the top four would clinch the title; the team leads Ferrari by 126 points before the São Paulo weekend.

Mercedes can clinch the 2026 Formula 1 constructors’ title at the Brazilian Grand Prix with a victory and its other car finishing in the top four.

The team heads to São Paulo 126 points ahead of Ferrari. Motorsport.com calculates that Mercedes must outscore Ferrari by at least three points at Interlagos to secure the title; 129 points will remain after the weekend.

A one-two would clinch it, as would a win with the second Mercedes in third or fourth. If Mercedes leaves Brazil without the title, it will have three more opportunities: Las Vegas, Qatar and Abu Dhabi.
