Drivers were due to move to the national-anthem position at 13:40 and were expected to be there no later than 13:42; the anthem was scheduled for 13:44.
Before the 2026 Mexico City Grand Prix, the FIA’s pre-race procedure set out the anthem timetable: drivers were to move to the national-anthem position at 13:40 and were expected to be there no later than 13:42.
The anthem was scheduled for 13:44. Drivers were required to wear only their race suits throughout it, and the procedure said failures to comply would be reported to the stewards.
