Red Bull's decision to replace Max Verstappen's complete power unit brings a grid penalty and leaves him set to start Sunday's Brazilian Grand Prix from the back.

Max Verstappen is set to start Sunday's Brazilian Grand Prix from the back of the grid after Red Bull decided to replace his complete power unit, bringing a grid penalty. The FIA is due to announce the grid changes officially during third practice.

Earlier in the São Paulo weekend, Verstappen had two third-place results. He had also complained about the gearbox, engine braking and clutch. Red Bull also breached the overnight curfew.
