The stewards ordered deletion of one São Paulo GP third-practice lap time each for Rafael Camara and Max Verstappen, citing track-use breaches at Turns 1 and 4.

The stewards ordered the deletion of one Free Practice 3 lap time each for Rafael Camara and Max Verstappen at the São Paulo Grand Prix. The decision lists Camara’s car 51 at Turn 1 with a 1:34.799 lap, and Verstappen’s car 3 at Turn 4 with a 1:52.648 lap.

The stewards said the cars did not use the track at those respective turns. They cited breaches of Appendix L, Chapter IV, Article 2(c) of the International Sporting Code and Article B1.8.6 of the FIA F1 Regulations; the times were deleted under Article 12.4.1.e of the code.

The notice reminds competitors that certain stewards’ decisions may be appealed under applicable rules and time limits, but does not say whether this ruling is eligible.
