Verstappen said three sessions meant more time to set up the car, but he was unsure whether that would help at the Brazilian Grand Prix.
In the liveblog about first practice in São Paulo, Max Verstappen said the three sessions meant more time to set up the car. He was unsure whether that would prove an advantage at the Brazilian Grand Prix: “Maybe it will be positive, maybe not. I don’t know — we’ll see how it goes.”
The forecast adds another variable: first practice was likely to be dry, while substantial rain was forecast for Saturday and Sunday. Conditions could vary from session to session, making it harder to settle on the right setup.
